On-tap at Apex PDX Spring Fling, many Saisons/Farmhouse beers, 3.11.12 $4.50 for 12 oz pour.
Burnished amber clear body, off-white head, medium dissipation with good lacing. The cedar is prevalent in the nose once the beer fully warmed, honey sweetness and spicy hops to balance the wood. Taste mirrors nose, though the cedar is pretty subtle until the beer fully warms, and certainly noticeable in the finish, medium effervescence. Another fine offering from this stellar brewery.

Hard to know if this is the correct beer I'm trying, but it's not listed as the citra or citra/summit version, so I assume....
The beer pours a slightly hazy, honey gold color with pretty good head retention and light lacing. The nose is attracive, as I pick up cherry, considerable orange citrus and some underlying clove and spice. The flavor profile replicates the nose in this delicious beer, and I'm impressed by how well the spiced, honey flavors intermix with the hoppy bitterness this beer. This is just delicious. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a fairly long, clove and bitter finish. The beer starts off as if it will have some sweetness (which I guess it does), but the spice and hoppy bitterness do a great job balancing and countering that sweetness.
Just an all around excellent beer... I wish these harvest beers from Stillwater were around all the time.

Beer on tap at Max's. Beer is yellow, hazy with a big white head of small and medium bubbles, decent retention, nice lacing, looks nice.
Aroma is sweet with a strong yeast based bitterness in there.
Beer is thin and light on the palate, creamy with a great mid palate sweetness, yeast bouquet and an overall mild bitterness on the finish. The finish is a little dry but very nice overall. I'd have this again for sure, a great little saison from Brian.

On tap at The Cannibal in NYC; pours cloudy orange with a creamy 1 finger off white head that faded very slowly that left great lacing and rings as it went down.
Smells of sweet malt, yeast, orange peel, coriander, citrus and light spices like pepper. Nose was not very funky as I expected it to be, and was actually earthy. Simple, yet enjoyable.
Tastes of sweet malt, coriander, yeast (very light funk), orange peel, lemon, citrus hops, wheat, caramel, brown sugar, flowers, spices and light alcohol; it was sweeter than expected and not very funky at all for a Saison.
Creamy smooth mouthfeel, with light carbonation, a medium body and a slick overall feel. Highly drinkable and very enjoyable, the only negative aspect of it was the steep $11 price for it, which was out of line for what I perceived as just an above average beer.

I had this on-tap at Max's. Served in a sample glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a layer of white head that goes away quickly.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Non-existent retention and lacing. Light citrus and spice saison aroma with fresh, wet Citra hops and mild cedar/wood. Interesting blend of pepper and citra sweetness through the body, though not as hoppy or sweet as the nose; pepper, yeast and wood dominate the flavor. Pleasantly bitter and dry, a nice fall saison.

On tap at Max's during today's Stillwater event. The event page says this beer is wet hopped, dry hopped, and aged on Cedar planks. Served in a cervoise.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow-straw color with a very short white head and no real lacing or anything else on the way down. The nose brings bright, fresh Citra hops with a bit of that fresh-hop "green" character. Faint earth and a bit of wheat. Light spice. The flavor really hits the perfect level of Citra hops and adds a bit of wheat and white pepper. Good bitterness and a dry finish. Light body. Simply excellent.
