Perzik Wit Assemblage 26 18/19
Pours an entirely flat golden amber color.
Offers aromas of fresh cut peaches together with light smoked pith quality and old wood.
Has a light body with no carbonation to speak of, with a thirst quenching finish defined by an omnipotent sourness, somehow similar to biting into a lemon.
This tastes of an initial aqueous softness, soon accompanied by flowery, fruity peaches, which then get washed away by a vinegar forward, almost teeth melting sourness. The sourness numbs my palate in way which only allows a faint hint of old oak to cut through, everything else becomes vinegar.
This is not good, it definitely lacks of balance. The beer reminds me of an old school AWA from a time in which a beer was considered good and sophisticated in taste only because it was sour.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend°24, season 18/19, bottled on 20th December 2018. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A very nice slightly hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Peach sour gummy candy, juicy peach, yellow stone fruit, lemon zest, with light notes of oak and funk.
Taste: Sour, tart, peach, apricot, nectarine, lemon, light funky notes and a touch minerally.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Loved the aroma which was full of peach and just nearly perfect. I could just smell that all day long. Flavorwise, there was perhaps less funk and it was more sour than expected. Just minor things, but still very peachy and still really enjoyable.

750 mL bottle. Slightly hazy. Smells of oak, peaches, a little dried grass. Tastes of peaches and oak. Starts bright and tart. Finishes deeper and more sour. Long oaky finish. Juicy peach flavor throughout, though.
Tingly carbonation. Nice peach flavor. Pretty sour, though.
