A little darker, hazier amber with a persistently creamy, dense khaki comforter that leaves a sweeping arm or two of lace after a tilt.
The first honing Vintage I've had, this one is vinegary, though without the intense acidity, but with the flavor profile, like balsamic. Even still, this is unexpected, as the other regular honings I've had have obviously been a bit more rounded out.
At the same time, it begins wonderfully frothy, though cut by a sort of tart cherry, and moreso by kalamata olive on the exhale. Unusually, I like it less the more it warms, though some funky honey does emerge in time.
