This is a very smooth and well rounded ale with a wonderful oak undertone that is present throughout. Nice dry hoppy finish with lingering oak tones make this a beer you will not forget. This is an unfiltered beer with provides a little bit of mystery. Only 80 bottles of this batch, as it is produced in 1/2BBL batches.
