I bought a can at the beerstore in Ontario Canada.
Poured a 1finger head into glass that quickly disappeared but as I was drinking it there was a lace all around.
Almost Clear color slow carbonation
Low bitterness level.
Very easy drinking pilsner beer .
Overall a light tasty and crispy pilsner style beer .
Cheers

Look: Bright golden, with a one finger white foamy head. After 5 minutes the head has dissipated to a 1/4 finger foam around the whole top of the glass.
Smell: Dried grass, a little bit bready.
Taste: Clean and grassy, slight hint of green apples and pear.
Feel: Very crisp and dry, somewhat off balanced feel.

Clear light gold with decent head. Grassy hop nose. Light body, quite mild flavour. Good crispness, easy to drink.

This is nearly the definition of a pilsner. Feels like one, looks like one, tastes like one, it's definitely a pilsner. And that's a good thing.
L: It's a clear, golden color. Simple and dignified.
S: Kind of feint. Not much grain or hoppy smell. Light scents of straw. Not a problem at all.
T: Perhaps a bit generic, but it's very tricky to pick out flavours. Very lightly hopped.
F: A nice, light bitter feel at the end, at the whole experience is refreshing and free feeling.
Overall, it's nice to finally come across a craft pilsner that is actually like a pilsner. I've had a few bad ones recently, and this one is a godsend to have. Great to have en masse on a warm day outside. Extremely easy to drink. Worth a purchase again.

L - poured from a 473 ml can, pale yellow, slightly hazy. Lots of thick white foam, but drops fairly quickly, leaving lots of lacing.
S - very subtle. Bready.
T - malty, balanced, the Magnum hops leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. The wheat is barely noticeable. Thus likely used in low proportion to lower the SRM. Tastes like a true continental pilsner.
F - low carbonation, crisp and dry.
O - one of best Pilsners made in Ontario that I've tried (Ontario is not know for making good pilsners). The haziness is a bit of an issue though.

Switchback Pilsner from Lake of Bays Brewing Company. 4.5% alc. 24 IBUs. Malts: 2-row pale, pilsen, flaked wheat. Hops: Magnum and Hallertau. Nice brew for a wintry night.
Fluffy white head and the beer is a hazy pale golden colour. Lots of ascending bubbles.
Smell is fresh white bread, hint of maltiness, and a touch of hops. Taste contains the same attributes.
The beer is light bodied, the finish crisp and dry.
Another nice one from this brewery.
