Had this side by side with a bottle of Florence that was bottled on 11/2014 for sake of comparison. Stainless Florence is floral, earthy, fruity, and has a light mineral character. Not much tartness. Very nicely carbonated and creamy texture. My preference is regular Florence over the stainless, but stainless is a really nice change up from regular Florence. I would have stainless anytime, hope to stainless Florence in larger batches in the future. Thanks for the share egrace84!

Poured from the bottle into a Hill Farmstead style stemmed wine goblet. Vintage 2015 stainless, Bottled July 16th 2015.
Bright and shiny lemon candy drop like yellow body. Shimmering and polished with some minor carbonation coming up, very little if at all. Head is a bleach white, little retention, but manages two solid fingers, and descends quite easily but slowly. Manages a big bubbly collar, a small top, but shimmers and glows.
Real nice dry sensing brett with a mix of chewy sweet grains. Soft bakery sweet bread, a bit cereal box like smelling in the sweetness but not overly so. Some candy to almost dark purple grape like aromas manage to squeek out. Quite interesting and neat saison, with a big sensing quality of wheat density might be coming.
Palate comes with a much more anticipated sweetness than expected. Sensing sucrose like character and a little bit of wheat like chewy depth on the palate. Grape to sugary like qualities and moderate earthy tones. Minimal dryness on the finish, as the sweetness continues, almost powdery and leaving a bit of the fruit qualities and sticking with sticky taffy like candy. Slight earth a bit as well, but the sugar like quality really starts to take over and dominate.
Comes off as more of a slightly bretted up Belgian Strong Pale Ale to me than a saison, with a few interesting touches. Wish there was a bit more diversity here, and more saison like character.

750ml bottle poured in a Cantillon tulip.
A~ very clear glowing orange with a slight head and no lacing.
S~ straight peppery saison yeast, earthy hops and bretty barnyard funk.
T~ everything from the nose follows along with some slight fruit , mostly orange and lemon from the hops i suppose. nice brett lingers on the back end for a while!
M~ extremely light! pretty dry and perfect carb.
O~ well this is a totally different beer! i really love how they're doing these more "traditional" saisons. this is fine example just like Dry Hopped Arthur! keep it up guys! nothing wrong with a little variation!
