One off blended keg (Grassroots Legitimacy IPA and HF Flora) served at the Connoisseur Session of the 3rd Anniversary Party. Coin flip on whether this or straight Flora was my favorite beer of the day.
Pours a hazed golden orange with a creamy white, retentive head. Side by side with Flora I'd give the edge on aroma to this beer with a fruity, orange peel and juice edge blending with Flora's funky grass and lemon nose. Flavor isn't as vibrant as the nose and lags recent batches of Flora. Effervescent and crisp, with a hoppy, bitter finish. Very good, and am tempted to try to recreate at home.
