Poured on draft at taproom. This is their classic saison aged in the Church St tripel barrels.
A: Golden yellow with one finger white head and leaving some moderate lacing.
S: White wine mixed with a slightly earthy funk.
T: Honey and biscuit malts combined with white wine.
M: Medium body with average carbonation. Finish is a bit sweet for a saison.
O: Interesting beer but I preferred the tripel.
