Beautiful tawny pinkish color like a white zinfandel wine. Modest cap of white foam in the tumbler. There is a pleasant malty sweetness that goes well with the tangy fruit. The raspberry flavor is ripe and fruity. There is just a touch of seedy astringency. Hops don't seem to enter into the picture.
Light and bright, and the pleasant fruity flavor goes well with the club soda base. Another in the Utah Session Series. I"m glad to see more interesting "three-two" beers that show up at the supermarket in Salt Lake. From the 22 oz bottle.
