Pours a pale yellow with a huge head which dissipates quickly. There is very little smell going on. A bit of French saison yeast, but otherwise I’m not getting much. Super light taste, almost like a low alcohol saison. Dry, with a bit of subdued hops, white pepper, and a hint of cinnamon/clove. Surprisingly, the yeast doesn’t dominate the flavor profile. A very light saison with a dry mouthfeel and decent carbonation that makes this a refreshing beer on a hot day.
