This brew pours a deep crimson with a small head that sits beautifully in the pint glass. I had been hoping to have Femme Fatale for some time and it finally came to Meford during Beer Week on tap at the Growler King. The sour is not so sour although the fermentation process with the berries gives the beer more tart and tang than it would otherwise have. It is incredibly easy to drink and has only one slightly flat note as it transitions from the front of your tongue to the back and heads on down (presumably a little over wheated). I would drink another but the excitement probably was a little over blown at the same time. Love Boneyard Beer!
