A: slightly hazy pale yellow color. Not much head for a saison. After poured there is almost no trace of it
S: lactic acid, barnyard funk, lemons, crackers, peppery yeast, grains and banana
T: lemon tartness, dry crackers, grains, lemongrass, oak
M: effervescent light mouthfeel. Even though no head, there is still a lot of carbonation in the mouth
O: a bit too tart for a saison in my opinion. Good beer, but in my mind would benefit from being classified as a different style. It's refreshing, and not too sour. Great ABV for the style

Pours a cloudy, superbright, pale golden color, with a fizzy, bubbly head to it, which soon disappears.
Smells of a mineralic tartness with coppery, toffee malts underneath. White citrus zest and wet hay add to the nose, which appears a bit restrained.
Has a lively, very bubbly carbonation to it, while the beer drinks truly easy, due to it very light body.
Tastes of a citraic crisp- and dryness from the beginning, accompanied by a mineralic quality and white bread malts, which develop a toffee quality, once straw gets detectable. This establishes a balancing sweetness to the otherwise light, but tart beer, accentuated by white pepper and a whiff of cardamom. Finishes with an aqueous softness among a gentle, spicy heat and sour lemon peel.
Very elegant and effectivly put together, regarding its low abv. It certainly drinks easy, while the beer provides a streamlined, focussed Saison profile, being heavy on the citrus with supportive spices, creating a very refreshing beverage.

Pours very pale with a short dense head. By the color alone, I wasn't expecting much at this point. However, the nose is very lemony with a bit of funk behind it, some sauvignon blanc-like characteristics . Nice. Taste packs a lot more flavor than expected. Again, lots of lemon, and mineral elements. Maybe lacks a little of the depth of Dupont, but it really tasty and refreshing. Mouthfeel quite effervescent but very fine and not overcarbonated. Will get again for sure.
