Pours a cloudy, pale golden color, with a huge, fluffy head.
Offers a crisp, potent lemon peel fruitiness, with a mix of exotic fruits and barnyard funk. Those are quite subtle, while complimenting the citrus really well, creating a sour lemon bonbon impression.
Has a bubbly, lively carbonation, while its light body is pronounced enough to prevent itself from becoming watery, tied together by stony minerals.
Tastes of wet hay and grainy straw among white lemon peel and an aqueous quality. Nutmeg and blood orange zest compliment straw and lemon as the beers bubbly carbonation becomes apparent, with a faint papaya addition. Finishes with white bread malts and even more straw, while a lemon wrapped glimpse of the beers fruitiness maintains, mingling to the effervescent minerality.
Doubtlessly an easy drinker, while providing enough body to create a fulfilling drinking experience for having this even without a dish to go next to it, due to its thoughtful, multi layered fruitiness.
