A traditional Belgian Style Saison with clean but spicy Belle Saison yeast as opposed to the acidic mixed culture of our "Biere de Saison" series.

330ml bottle.
L: I deliberately poured a smidge of yeast into the glass to create a light haze (and add flavour). Dark gold colour with a finger of long-lasting head and several streams of bubbles.
S: Fresh and juicy. Belgian yeast, lemon rind and citrus.
T: Follows the nose. Has a real zip without ever becoming vinegary.
F: Clean, with a soft mouthfeel and bone dry finish.
O: A tangy, refreshing, low ABV farmhouse ale made for the hot weather. Fantastic.
