The grain bill is stacked with oats and wheat to keep it light, fluffy and hazy. It's hopped up with loads of Amarillo, Sabro and Strata, a magical combo that is tropical fruit forward, flavors like apricot and mango jump out.

Had Rachel pick up me some random beer at Trader Joe’s. Not a big fan of most of the Mike Hess beers, but I’ll keep trying them. The Untappd description calls this, “The grain bill is stacked with oats and wheat to keep it light, fluffy and hazy. It's hopped up with loads of Amarillo, Sabro and Strata, a magical combo that is tropical fruit forward, flavors like apricot and mango jump out.” Those are three hops I really like.
Poured a hazy golden-to-light amber color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Outstanding spotty lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled mango, guava, passion fruit, tangerine, Amarillo, Sabro, cedar, mint, red grapefruit, purple grape, peach, apricot and stone fruit. A little lighter and brighter out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)
The taste was about just as good. In order got Sabro, cedar, mint, mango, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, tangerine, Amarillo, apricot, peach skin, stone fruit and bitter lemon peel. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, juicy finish. (Feel - 3.75)
This was very good overall, but I wanted a bit more considering the hop bill. (Overall - 3.75)
