6/27...Pours reddish copper with white foam that rings and sticks. Classic amber caramel nose. Bready sweetness. Caramel sweet malt, light bodied. Chewy and nice hoppy bite to close.

Draft pour reviewed fully to my phone at time of consumption at Freshcraft, Denver, CO.
A- Poured from the tap to a tulip with a deeply golden body that is mostly clear. A foamy, frothy crown rises up atop to about two fingers before falling to a puffy ring and some clouds. Lacing consists of spots and thick patches but sparse overall.
S- Yeast comprises the aroma almost exclusively besides a slight oak character in the backdrop. Spicy and dry Brett and Belgian yeast with notes of straw, citrus zest, dry pineapple and pepper. Oak brings a hint of wood and vanilla.
T- Strong Belgian yeast and Brett follow the nose with the oak really coming out here in the flavor. The staves lend fresh wet wood, vanilla and nutty notes to the blast of spice, dry straw, pepper, orange zest, raisin, alcohol and pineapple. Light malt sweetness.
MF- Medium dry feeling to a body that is moderately thick and needs to be to support a strong 9.5%. Fairly high carbonation and the texture is between creamy and foamy, not at all fizzy. Finishes quite warm with a spicy bitterness.
Strong base yeast and Brett character but not the sweaty fruity Brett. Certainly drinks like 9.5% but this adds a nice edge to the experience. Oak is used tastefully and does not turn the beer into wood juice.

Red with just a touch of haze and pretty good lacing, head wasn't that great but it was a growler pour so that's not a huge deal, otherwise it looks good.
Aroma and flavor are nicely malty, caramel malt, bready, with a tinge of crispy hops to round it out.
Body is way drinkable and easy going. Finish is a touch slick with some lingering caramel malt.
Overall a tasty staple from a tasty brewery/restaurant.
