Pours slightly hazy straw-colored hue with random bubbles rising sporadically to a white, fluffy head that quickly retreats, to nothing. No lacing. Smell is very typical of style. Yeasty, some funk with a hint of peach. Taste is slightly peppery, mild yeasty funk, peach skin. Mouthfeel is good, carbonation tapers off and doesn't contribute after the first minute or two. Overall, a pretty good saison.
