Hazy dark goldenrod with no room for head (overpour). Looks medium-bodied with extra baggage.
Picking up some honey, lemon peel, chamomile tea, white pepper, and dry apricot. Very good, but it could be intensified with a heady top.
Dried up honey, white pepper, coriander, floral hops, grapefruit, lemon peel, and lots of dry yeasty muck and nuttiness. Has thinness in overall flavor.
Lesser-bodied, but the carbonation is evened to medium. Nothing to write home about.
Okay saison. Really had potential. It's good, but it could've been great.
