Pours very clear and very pale gold with a big fat thumbprint worth of bony white head. Leaves some subtle lacing. Smells like your standard pilsner upfront but then something funkier takes hold. Belgian yeast undertones with a faint whiff of unbrushed goat teeth? Lemon and pepper tasting notes from the other review are pretty spot-on. Throw a raw chicken thigh in there and you've got a meal. The mouth is a little too carbonated, with little bubbles hitting the roof of your mouth soda pop style. Don't much care for that. Overall not a bad beer, though.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Clear yellow with a weak head and ok lacing. Subdued fruity smell. Lemony taste with some pepper. The taste was a bit week but the beer was not bad.
