From the Rising Tide website: “Brewed in collaboration with Three of Strong Spirits and the Pink Boots Society in celebration of International Women’s Day 2020. This is the third year that Rising Tide Brewing Company is participating in the Pink Boots Society International Women’s Day Collaboration Brew. This year we took the opportunity to work with the newest members of the East Bayside community, Three of Strong Spirits. The recipe for this beer was crafted by Missy Littlefield, Rising Tide’s Quality Control Specialist and brewed by Allie Roach, one of Rising Tide’s brewers. “We’re thrilled to have Missy and Allie leading this year’s celebration of women in beer. In our male-dominated industry, Rising Tide is committed to gender diversity in every part of our brewery. We’re grateful to have talented women leaders on our production team as well as our front of house crew. It makes us a better company and enables us to make better beer,” said Heather Sanborn, Co-Owner of Rising Tide Brewing about this latest release. This beer is inspired by American Agricole rum and includes pink guava, grapefruit zest oil, barrel staves, and champagne yeast. Our partners at Three of Strong will release a limited-edition American Agricole cocktail, also named Uncharted Waters, as a complement to the collaboration beer.” Fun beer.
