S: Lots of pineapple and tropical fruit, notes of cinnamon. A very enticing aroma. A strong Brett funk also.
T: Lots of pineapple, tropical fruit and Brett funk all mix together very well.
F: Lighter body and higher carbonation.
O: A very awesome beer, pairs will with dessert.

On Tap at the brewery. Tons of pineapple on the nose, and tons more in the taste as well. Lots of funky Brett notes in there as well that round out this beer very well.

Bottled 12/8/14 enjoyed 6/27/15
Appearance: Hazy golden rod with a solid head.
Aroma/Flavor: Brett tropical funk - but still hold some solid notes of assorted hop fruit notes. I'm sureit was even more excellent 6 monhs ago.
Mouthfeel: Well carbed, light bodied approaching bone dry.
