Canned 2/21/22; drank 6/18/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a big, noisy eggshell head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace remained.
White grape, soft wheat & mild lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
White wine & soft wheat flavors up front; mild lemon notes on the finish.
A nice lil' brew; wonder if it was better fresh!

Belgian Style Witbier
Batch: #2 wheat ale brewed with spices
Barrel aged: nine months
Modeled off a Belgium witbier style it is an incredibly refreshing ale that is made with hints of citrus and spice. A twist on their traditional "White Thai" aged in Massican wine barrels and bottled it 750ml bottles; less than 100 cases of this beer were made.
