Foamy pour and excellent feel. The taste is approximately what one would expect from an Ale. Overall, a great and refreshing experience.

Appearance - Pours bright straw color with a fluffy white head that settles to a rather airy 1/2" head. Lost of lacing.
Aroma- Peppery, nice yeast, wet straw, hints of lemon zest, decent amount of funk.
Taste - Taste is very nice great lemon, the Belgian yeast is very nice, spicy, funky clove and banana.
Feel - light bodied, well carbonated, crisp, slightly dry finish.
Overall - Very good example of the style. Funky, crisp, dry.

A 500ml picked up at the brewery with a bottled on date of 2.1.2018
L - Cloudy blond, with 1 full finger of head that dissipates.
S - Pepper and belgian funk. Aroma is amazing
T - Pepper and spicy. Belgian funk dominates. Bananas. Very tasty
F - Light body and well carbonated. Sizzles on the tongue
O - An amazing saison, at a reasonable 6.5%. I wish I picked up more of this one
