('Evil Twin Perfect AM Parfait' - 11 oz draft pour in standard tulip glass at ABC Beer Co, NYC, Ave C)
L: almost fuchsia-colored, hazy liquid, gummy sponge of pinkish foam atop; decent lacing
S: rosewater, spicy fruited herbal tea, hint of orange-y citrus oil, light wheat malt note
T: gummy strawberries drenched in lemon-pink grapefruit dilute; subtle hook of lemon tart-like pastry crust in the base... fairly dry; lingering tartness
F: cottony, light-bodied construct; little bit of twang on the back-end finish
O: scoring this on the low end of the 4's - flavors not dynamic enough to warrant a repeat sampling, but it turned out to be a well-balanced, studiously middling sour... great to start the day, but easily forgotten
