Double Dry-Hopped TIPA hopped with Ekuanot cryo, Mosaic, & Kohatu. Tastes like tropical fruit, orange, blueberry & a subtle accent of pine. Medium-full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. Vanilla sweetness.

rebrew of an evil Twin classic. Big hop delivery that works. Decent drinker as well, I liked. On tap at Ridgevale. Seems retro imperial, and well executed for drinkability, and fresh batch.

Canned on 7/31/25; consumed on 9/3/25
Pours a foggy, dingy orange body capped with multiple fingers of thick, soapy, off-white foam; good head retention leaves a modest half-finger of cap, frothy collar, and comprehensive coating of chunky lacing covering the walls of the glass.
Aroma wafts notes of orange pulp and Sunny Delite at the forefront, with foundational underscores of wheat bread and grapefruit peel quietly informing.
Taste offers musty mango pith tangled with blood orange zest predominant upfront, leaving residual wheat bread lingering beneath a grapefruit Tang evolution as dank pine finishes.
Mouthfeel shows a medium body and moderate carbonation; slickly resinous textures make way for minimal bitterness, an earthy interlude ultimately yielding a juicy ‘pop’ through the swallow.
An even-keeled hybrid-esque IPA with much to offer; an overarching citrus gloss with a tropical twist dominates the senses throughout.

Served in an EvilTwin teku glass from the can.
Appearance: Ultra cloudy with medium bubbles on the body creating a subtle white head rising half of a finger's length off the body. Head settles quick after two sips with perfect even settling. No stickiness to the glass.
Smell: Fruity sweet citrus with a mandarin skin and pink grapefruit.
Taste: Lightly sweet consisting of a cane sugar feel with another dose of fresh squeezed grapefruit with another dose of malts. It is seriously a complex brew, mellow and strong all at once. Not overly done with subtle alcohol creeping up on you.
Mouth: Almost borderline perfect after-taste but this might depend which are you expecting. A touch dry with fruity bitter finish.
Overall: Call me crazy but I will be buying another 4-pack or two at the brewery sometime next week. A lightly pine finish to accompany the beer which is just the cherry on top. Salud!
