Our third time brewing this favorite. This time we brewed it with marshmallow, passion fruit, blackberry, and white truffle salt. Big interplay of tart passion fruit and jammy blackberry. Mild salinity, juicy, intense, and full bodied.

The combination of blackberry and passion fruit is not a common one, but I'm certainly intrigued by it. I don't love marshmallow in beers, but the white truffle salt makes this even more interesting. Hopefully the marshmallow doesn't have too much influence but let's crack it open and find out

Pours an opaque reddish purple with a finger of loose pinkish red head that fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing

It's odd, the combination of everything going on here kinda gives off the vibe of a fruity cereal and I dig it. I'm picking up on aromas of jammy blackberry, honey, cereal grain, dehydrated blueberry, marshmallow, tart passion fruit, grape gummy, orange juice, and a pinch of salt

There's a gentle tartness underneath the sweet fruity notes that holds this one together nicely. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting jammy blackberry, sweet honey, grape candy, lemon zest, orange juice, passion fruit, sea salt, vanilla ice cream, and light marshmallow. The swallow brings notes of passion fruit, jammy blackberry, grape gummy, cereal grain, vanilla bean, marshmallow, light sea salt, and honey

A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a slick and chewy beer. Finishes quite sticky but dries out over time

This is a fun one. I'm glad it didn't go super sweet like many in the style do, but on the other hand it's super thick and sticky

L: A cranberry juicy color.
S: A juicy berry flavor similar to a juice.
T: A rush of berry notes with a bit of cream and a sharp finish.
F: Berry juice.
O: An amazing but simple sour that dives deep into berries.

Pretty damn good. This beer pours a deep, bright red. It's fruity and sweet, a little tart but for me, the star of the show here is the marshmallow. It adds a nice vanilla-esque flavor but the best part is that it makes it sort of thick and sticky. Great dessert beer that isnlt overly heavy. Wish I had bought more cans
