Collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company.
This hoppy brew was brewed with raw wildflower honey and double dry-hopped with all Mosaic hops. Forward tasting notes of zesty orange, blueberry, evergreen, and bright accents of earthy honey. Medium bodied with a subtle bitterness.
Our take Trillium’s beloved, Cutting Tiles.

Collab from Evil Twin and Trillium.
A really nice-looking and tasting NEIPA from two excellent breweries. Perhaps it could be just a bit more juicy and piney, but super good anyway. I'd definitely have again.

IPA - Imperial / Double
Crazy collaboration time! DDH Mosaic with raw wildflower honey brings a fruity sweetness with obvious honey dankness. Tangy fruit rings and earthy pine tones. A light, juicy, then smooth body is sexy. Dry earthy hops with a sweetness that rides under.

L - Another DIPA/DDH haze-bruh but this at least has some orange glow substance, lacing, and some decent foam. Good density.
S - citrus, pith, grass, floral, more interesting than most hazy DIPAs I've had
T - Follows the aroma, but some of the distinct aromas get "crammed" into the taste, hard to discern unless had a little bit warmer where the flavors separate a bit.
F - Good balance, a little hop burn, bitterness is there in the end, still with a pounding citric surf but with blueberry undertown from that Mosaic DDH.
O - Glad to have tried this, a good collab between two spendy breweries, nice to drink this 4 pack at least once. No canning date, my only slight deduction on this.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, creamy white head. Light citrusy aroma, floral notes, sweetness. Taste offers mild honey flavors, wrapped around soft citrus. Sweetness is subdued, honey and citrus blending nicely.
