A modern take on an Evil Twin classic and our biggest IPA ever, that we first brewed almost 10 years ago and still produce! Hopped with Cascade, Citra, Ariana, & Sabro. Brewed with mango and orange. Flavors of mango & orange with prominent accents of pineapple & stone fruits. Full bodied. Subtle bitterness.

Poured from pint can into imperial pint glass.
A: Pours a hazy yellow hue with 1 inch frothy white foam with good retention. Some chunky sediment at the bottom.
S: Orange, mango, lemon, pineapple, and a hint of apricot and passion fruit.
T: Mango, soft pineapple, fresh orange, peach, apricot, and hints of lemon and passion fruit.
M: Medium body. Layers of tropical and citrus sweetness. Soft and slightly creamy and oily feel. Some bright acidity too. Well balanced brew.
D: The ABV is dangerously well-hidden. Excellent blend of hops and hop expression. Nice summer evening sipper.

Weighing in at 12% I can tell you that you don't smell it or taste it, but you sure do feel it...
I truly enjoyed this, it had the nice floaties to look at following Brownian motion as you would expect, it had a sweet smell of apricot to it, and the mouthfeel was crisp and astringent. I find it a well crafted beer when you can't taste the alcohol punch - a true work of art...

MOLOTOV COCKTAIL NYC VERSION pours a hazy orange color with a small, long-lasting head. The aroma is fresh oranges. The flavor has notes of orange and pineapple, a little sweet, but not too sweet; big, bold, dry flavors. Good feel. Overall, it's a big hazy IPA. Full of those dry fruit flavors, lots of flavors, but not overly sweet.

Its like an American strong ale, but more so. Hops right there in the finish seeking to be tasted and enjoy. Great finisher for the night. Malt and hops.

A - Pours out very hazy, a pale orange, with a short white head that fades to a thin cap and ropey lacing.
S - Melon and orange juice, mango and passionfruit, and a definite alcohol note that makes this smell like a cocktail.
T - Follows the nose, with orange and mango notes in the front, a boozy malty middle, coming through as a bit of sweetness, and a tart acidity mingled with a lightly bitter pith note through the close.
M - Moderate weight, some alcohol warmth, and a prickly carbonation that trails through the finish.
O - This is well-built, and hides its size well. Like a good mixed cocktail, the effect hides rather than accentuates the high ABV. Though there, the alcohol note actually makes this more drinkable. The effect is dangerous, and pretty delicious.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, thin layer of foam, streaky lacing. Sweet, pungent, fruity aroma, apricot, floral, perfume-y. Taste gets a bit more intense, fruity, juicy, thick. While the ABV isn't readily apparent it shows up in odd places, and shows its strength as the session goes on. Surprisingly quick finish.

Pint into a tulip glass, this pours a hazy gold-orange with a thick, bubbly cap. I am getting a strong candied citrus aroma here, very orange-mango. The taste is also a blend of various fruits: orange, mango, cantaloupe, passionfruit, grapefruit. The grapefruity bitterness is prevalent. There's a bit of a cold earthiness at the end from the hops. A little sweet, a little creamy, mid-bodied, slightly thick, but also pretty drinkable for its size.
Not bad, very IPA.

Pours a very hazy golden orange color with a sudsy white head that provides moderate lacing. The nose is very tropical, with mango and orange aromas most prominent, given the hop bill and the fruit additions.
The taste follows suit, with loads of mango and orange flavors, which works for me because I love that flavor profile in a big DIPA. What amazes me is the complete absence of alcohol given the 12% ABV. Very delicious and VERY dangerous.
The mouthfeel is full and on the softer side. This is really well done, IMHO.

Orange in color with a forced white head. A good amount of particulate, but nothing offensive. Nose is full on citrus. Taste is more pineapple than anything else. White pepper finish. ABV is not evident at all, so be careful!

Pour is milky gold with minimal head that disappates quickly. Aroma is citrusy with mango. Mouthfeel is moderate with some carbonation. Taste is citrus fruit, mango and orange, and well balanced: not to hoppy and not too malty. Finish is long with a little bitterness at the end. Overall good, but not great.

Can pour - murky yellow unfiltered juice with short white head leaving minimal lacing. Nose is citrusy and tropical with a hint of astringency. Taste follows with a hint of pine and a wee bit of alcohol creep on the finish.

16oz can. Bottom stamp provides the information of 'CANNED ON 09/26/24'. Four weeks in the can. From the BA Big Beer Box.
Hazy, straw to pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head becomes an interrupted cap and high ring. Minor web lacing left behind.
Aroma of orange and mango, with grapefruit, apricot, and a little bit of pine.
Taste is overripe fruit with an onion on top. Flavors of mango, orange, pineapple, and a hint of coconut and mint. Only semi sweet. Aftertaste features a earthy hop leftover. Minor pine bitterness.
Semi sweet fruit juice and hop sourness.
More than medium mouthfeel, similar to whole milk. Beer left on the tongue leads to tongue sting. Good carbonation.
