Slightly hazy, golden color. Big, white head. Malt, grass, and light wood in the aroma. Maly, crisp taste with decent hoppy bitterness. A very drinkable lager.

Copenhagen 2/6 2023. 47,3 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Green plants in a greenhouse on the can.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts mingling with a mild scent of citrus fruit and a hint of Lambic. Sweet pale malts, bread. Citrus and tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
More Pale Lager than Lambic.

This is the first lager of any style I’ve had from Evil Twin, and it sounds like an interesting one. All oat sounds like it’ll make for a subtle and creamy beer and I’m all about it. Let’s crack it open and find out what it has to offer
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
It’s surprisingly sharp in the nose for being 100% oat, but it’s still fine. I’m picking up on aromas of crackery malt, lemon zest, white pepper, grassy hops, orange zest, bread crust, light honey, and raw grain
It’s a lot more of the same in taste, just a touch smoother. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting bread crust, biscuity malt, lemon zest, oat, honey, floral hops, and white pepper. The swallow brings notes of honey, bread crust, oat, lemon zest, biscuity malt, grassy hops, orange zest, and raw grain
A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes neutral and dries out over time
Ehh, this one isn’t great but it’s fine. Not offensive but I expected more from it

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy golden pour, small creamy white head. Sweet, grainy aroma. Grainy flavor with the focus on the oats. Sweet, and very creamy.

Just a good, clean, clear, light lager. Nothing super special. Not a beer that jumps out as one that I feel Evil Twin would put out as they typically are high end. Good, but not great
