Served in a footed pilsner glass from the can.
Appearance: Cloudy pretty much opaque gold color with medium bubbles to the body with a white head rising a notch below one fingers length off the body.
Smell: Hoppy aroma which dissipates quickly. Comes off like someone shredded some grapefruit and orange zest into a cup and did salt bae with rose petals.
Taste: Grapefruit with hard notes of hops, Lightly bitter with a citrus sweet which is malty as fudge. The malt is the key difference between this beer which looks like a NEIPA but tastes with a mix of a west coast ipa.
Mouth: Sticky body coming off dry with a soft carbonation.
Overall: Excellent brew, I have zero gripes...no tweaking needed just a glass for the pour. Salud!
