Had Broadway Is Back -- Real Life Drama Be Over poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "08/17/2023," into nonic pint.
Pours straight-up orange juice with 2-finger foamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving a little splotchy lace down the glass. Aromas sweet and grapefruit citrusy and a bit dank off pour, then a little pineapple aroma beneath the continuing lime and dank aromas. On tasting, begins (sweet) orange juice, over a little dry malt, with immediate biting pine, which carries over a smooth (oat?) body, into some sweet tropical fruit, before a crisp, lime-citrus, but not bitter finish.
Hard to believe this is my first Evil Twin offering since the gypsy brewery settled in NYC. Citrusy, a bit dank, smooth and crisp double NEIPA. What's not to like.
