Old Ale + Altbier Blend / 11.5% / Barrel-aged Old Ale for 20 months in 2014 Wild Turkey Single Barrel Bourbon barrels. Blended with barrel-aged Altbier for 17 months in Bourbon Maple Syrup Widow Jane barrels.

Dark brown pour that lets in some light, clean pour. Dark fruit explosion! Smell has with the dark fruits: phenols, candied dark cherry, toffee and maple. Taste has all of that plus minor brown yeast, elderberry juice, and vanilla. Clean, warm first then cools off, so smooth yet not heavy at all. Unique and well made
