Poured from a 12oz can purchased 1/2/21 at the brewery.
Lighter pour considering how dark it is, with a tan-brown head that lingers. Lots of sweet vanilla in the nose with some coffee and stickiness.
It's rich and decadent with the vanilla smoothing out the finish considerably. Not much of a hint of the 11.5% in this at all. Best enjoyed as a dessert beer.

Poured into a snifter.
Look: opaque dark brown with a modest tan head that quickly settled.
Aroma: large amounts of vanilla bean, milk chocolate, some roasty malt and char
Taste: Vanilla is dominant but nice milk chocolate and a faint bitter char to balance. Slightly sweet.
Feel: Full-bodied but not too heavy for the style. Medium carbonation
Overall: I enjoyed this one. A bit too heavy handed on the vanilla but I like the base beer elements.
