375 mL bottle. Pours a deep purple but quite clear and looks brown at points. Smells of oak, floral notes, some grape notes, slight earthiness. Tastes sour up front with a little bit of berry and grape flavors. Earthy yeast flavors, light sourness, deep earthy and floral flavors in the back end. Medium light. Very easy to drink. It's a pleasant golden sour with a nice floral tinge.

Held this one for more than a few months, in part because I'm gradually avoiding Wilds. This one had Off Color involved, nearly a master of Wilds; so I thought it was worth a try. And Cat and Mouse was.
It opens with an odd Looking color, not deep. Smells are above average, with lemon dominating; but there are subtleties with the lavender tea. Tastes follow closely as a gentle tart, but a serious drying sensation at the end.
Refreshing on a hot day, cleansed the palate and paired well enough with Bob's World Famous Ratatouilles.
Only my fourth from 2nd Shift, I think I will look for more of their saisons.

Interesting gray violet color with thinner head. Brett forward flavor with a lavender like, citrusy herbal floral quality. Flavor morphs into sort of an artificial grape quality that's somehow near the aroma. Just a bit tart.

12.7oz bottle. Poured out a clear, light lavender color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of floral notes, sweetness, tart lemon and hints of caramel. Sweet fruitiness and tart lemon with a mild caramel backbone.

This one pours an almost bluish/purplish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like green tea, lemon, citrus, earthy funk, and a little bit of acidity.
The peaflower tea adds a nice sweet green-tea esque flavor, with some earthy and citrusy tones, and a nice light and soft acidity. There's some lemon and grassiness too.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very clean, with a great level of drinkability.
This was really fun to try - I haven't had much 2nd Shift, but I always love Off Color.
