Liquid Spiritual Delight - BLiS Maple Bourbon Barrel-Aged

Obsidian black with a short but puffy tan blanket dying off to a thin film leaving some sticky, thin cardiac monitor lacing on the glass.

The immediate impression is sweet, and while that doesn't recede, the maple character is fine and pleasant, quickly welcoming some mature bourbon that has a good warmth to it.

The slick, silky medium-light body has a minimal but blooming carbonation that adds notes of candied nuts, woody milk chocolate bar, and black pepper barrel with a hint of char and tobacco before its semi-sticky finish.
