Poured a cloudy, golden body with very little head and no lace at all. Smell is tart and funky with a slightly noticeable strawberry aroma. Beer is medium bodied and the oak barrels keeps it real smooth and there is a noticeable large yeast presence. The beer is crisp and sharp at times with mostly a funky and tart fruit profile, but there is some minor strawberry sweetness for balance.
