canned 2/5/25. Into a modified perfect pint glass on 3/3/25. Gold topped by a finger of creamy very pale orange / off white head. Nice lacing. Nice complex flavor; a mix of some pine+ fruit. Not a stereotypical citrus bomb, but having a hard time nailing down the fruit. Oddly enough, I’m thinking some crisp apple, a hint of lemongrass. Not overly bitter/ fine without food. Medium body, not exactly a crisp clean finish, but overall quite nice.

Packaged on 2/5/2025; enjoyed on 3/2/2025 - poured from a pint can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.

Not quite clear amber body with a papaya whip cap. Very good retention; sticky/soapy lacing.

Gentle citrus/woodsy aroma with hints of orange blossom and evergreen. Delicate if not subdued.

Linear flavor profile with poached pear, tangerine, and hints of pine. Mild, slightly herbal bitterness. Lightly earthy, medium-dry finish with some residual malty sweetness.

Silky, not-quite-crisp mouthfeel with even carbonation.

Good WCIPA, though perhaps better paired with food.
