(Now in late 2019, editing earlier reviews in this style.) While I thought Saison du Maison was still brewed, it clearly is not. But Vivant now brews four saisons with 85 or more ratings, so Saison Vivant must have been an experiment that played a role in achieving that count.
Since this brewery does not have distribution in Illinois anymore, I am looking forward to visiting them again and seeing how much their saison yeast has improved over three years.
