The appearance of this beer is cloudy with a whitish, gold color. Nice head which eventually reduces to just rim bubbles. Superb blanket of lace created on the glass.
Nice blend of malt and hops in the nose. Attractive in its balance. There's a bitter vegetal smell remiscent of freshly cut weeds.
What is the fear starts off with a pale malt base, but soon succumbs to the hop bitterness. The combination is high enough to enhance, making this beer very prickly. I'd also describe it as grassy. The body, while neutral, doesn't offset the carbonation level. Long, bitter aftertaste.

Had on draft at Post 390. A funky combo of an IPA with a saison which allowed both to not be too predominant. I liked both styles and enjoyed them equally in this beer.

On tap at Nightshift brewery. aroma was quite dank. almost body odor-esk. Taste was dank as well up front but then it soothed out with notes of lemongrass and dull citrus. Not much spice which I enjoy in a saison, but you could taste the yeast.
