This refreshing sour was delivered on draft in a goblet. The color is tan/orange, very hazy and dense. The head is about 1/2 inch of creamy foam. There is very little aroma off the top.
The first impression on sipping is tart, followed by fruit and a bit of funk in the nose. The impression is neither citrus nor malt - something in between that references the pluot more in concept than in flavor. It stays refreshing through sips and matched well with fish. A great sour - highly recommended!
