Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The brew pours a clear golden amber color with a huge head of puffy white foam. The head persists for quite some time, very slowly fading and leaving a ton of streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a yeasty and bready smell mixed with a strong showing of pepper and some cracker. Along with these aromas comes notes of a light herbal smell and some notes of funk and hay. With a bit of light citrus and peach, a rather crisp and inviting smell is produced.
Taste – The taste begins with a dry cracker malt flavor paired with some light dry peach and grape flavors. There is a moderate showing of yeast and spice of clove and coriander along with some funky tastes as were noticed in the nose. The sweetness fades even more as the taste advances, with the grape taking on a more white wine like flavor. At the same time there are some herbal and hay flavors and notes of peppercorn and some dirt-like tastes, leaving one with a nice crisp and cutting (in a good way) taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a very high carbonation level. For the style the light and crisp nature of the brew is great, complimenting the flavors quite well and making for a very nice sipper.
Overall – A nice dry, sort of white wine like, and very approachable farmhouse ale. Quite tasty and refreshing. Certainly, will do this one again.

Pours a very large fizzy foamy 4 finger head moderate retention, a bit of lacing, hazy pale blonde color
Nose fair floral spicy phenols, a bit of farmhouse funk, light doughy base malt and straw like, light fruity esters and touch of bubblegum
Taste brings mild sweet doughy base malt, straw, a little cracker, yeast brings some mild farmhouse notes but not much for that, a bit of peppery spicy phenols, fair fruity esters more generic fruit and a touch of bubblegum, mild leafy herbal hops, finishing dry with med hop bitterness getting a bit spicy for hops and more phenol spice
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb
Overall OK, nothing special, a bit on the boring side of things not a ton of esters or phenols, maybe ferment it a bit warmer next time, or a more fun yeast strain?

Didn’t quite expect this to be so Belgian-y, but one I got into it I appreciated the uniqueness. Orange color, aroma carries a bit of the Belgian fruity eaters. Taste follows, with some spicy pepper. Hops bring up the rear. It all balances out nicely.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy goldenstraw with a two finger head; average retention and spotty lacing
Smell: Grainy with a spicy, peppery aroma; hints of stone fruit
Taste: Spicy phenols dominate from the outset, with hints of grain and stone fruit underneath; earthy hop tones develop, through the middle, followed by a peppery finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: More Belgian than American but with a hoppy element that reminds the drinker that this was brewed in MA

Pour from can to glass easily creates a 3 finger foam which quickly settles down. Scent of stone fruit with hints tart citrus. Carbonation tickles the nose, with some undertones of light cider farm dank but with a zesty finish just wow. Will seek out again.

Can on deep discount because it's old, I guess. Lucky me. Golden with light haze and lasting head and lace. Floral peppery grainy aroma with light apricot hints. Light apricot and grain sweetness with a little apricot tartness, which might not have been there when fresh, and peppery light dry finish. TOTALLY FUCKING EXCELLENT even though it's past its date.

Very good approach to a Farmhouse ale. Spicy, peppery.
The body was a bit light, otherwise quite drinkable.
