I picked up this beer on a whim it looked mysterious. I enjoy the white and black label it is a clean look. I was told the beer inside is tasty and should be a must try. I love RIS/Imperial stouts, but I have drunk more IPA than stouts. Poured the beer from the can and served it in a tulip glass at 47 degrees. The generous pour on the beer produced a one finger head. The head is creamy, stiff, and foamy. The head has excellent retention. The color of the beer is SRM 8 a medium amber color with orange hues. The clarity of the beer is hazy.
The initial aromas I get off the beer is grapefruit, pine, and resin, typical for an IPA. Additional aromas in the beer are toasted malt, yeast, tropical fruit, herbal, and faint phenols.
The flavors in the beer are grapefruit, pine, herbal, floral, toasted malt, yeast, tropical fruit, phenols, yeast, toasted malt, biscuit, and citrus.
The mouthfeel of the beer is crisp and refreshing.
The body of the beer is medium, medium-high carbonation, and a full finish.
The beer did not disappoint. The flavors are round and bright. With a great retention on the head, no lacing appeared. For an IPA it is a must try.

16oz can served in a pint glass. Canned on 06/14/18.
Pours a hazy light amber/white with a biggish head that fades fairly quickly and leaves sheets of lacing. Medium, fine carbonation. Smell is tropical -- orange and mango come to mind.
Taste is orange/lemon, mango, and bitter.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Overall, nice beer.
