Copenhagen 28/ 2021. 37,5 l corked bottle from Kiosk, Sønder Blvd., Kbh. V. What looks like a decomposing rose made of internal organs on the label. Quite unpleasant vibe.
Pours opaque, hazy, orange with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fruity odor of fermented fruit soon overcome by a stronger sour scent with funky notes. Slightly fermented grapes, wood and a touch of alcohol. Musty cellar and sour cheese. Unripe gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for while. Finish is dry.
Vinous, funky and dry. Not bad.

Pours an unclear brownish orange with a little bit of wispy head.
Smell is oaky and fruity with notes of red wine, red berries, orange peel and a hint of butter.
Taste is oaky, vinous and slightly tart. Notes of vanilla, red wine, berries, citrus, dry wood and hints of spice and pepper. Nice, rustic bitterness and a hint of vinegar on the bone dry finish. Very complex.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, barrel aged saison, deep and rewarding.

Hazy amber brew with no real head and a light aroma which reminds me a Chardonnay. Flavor was a balance of dry and sweet with a hint of bitterness and hops. Very crushable and enjoyable. I taste a different nuance with each sip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this brew.

This beer from the great white north has got some flavor I tell you what. A funk that'll knock your socks off. The subtle dry hop bitterness to satisfy a hop head. The light body to consume on a hot summer day outside in the blistering sun. The mouthfeel to spread the love all around inside your mouth. The sweetness of the aftertaste is much to be desired in a beer like this, whose complex flavor profile has won me over.

This one pours a clear orange/amber-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like complex, damp, and musty funk, peach, blueberry, white wine and champagne, and orange peel.
There's a lot going on here - it's just dripping with wine characteristics and funky goodiness, and a slightly grassy/berry-like hop character from the Mosaic tweaking.
This one is light bodied and slightly slick, with a lower level of carbonation.
This isn't an improvement on the original, but it's still a very pleasant little beer.
