Is there any pairing more perfect than sour beer and stone fruit? We start with the very best fruit: yellow nectarines grown in the bright Central California sun at Blossom Bluff Orchards, along the banks of the King’s River.
Picked at peak ripeness, we add the nectarines to a sour base beer, combining the funky flavors of brett with a bright acidity to highlight the fruit. The result is something special: golden hued beer with fruit aromatics jumping off the glass, the last of summer captured in a bottle. Pair with stone fruit crisp, roast chicken and Prosciutto ham.

Grunt fill from ALbertsons. Milky yellow gold body, kind of flat, bubbly head fades fast. Big fruity aroma, but plenty of sour essence coming through too. Taste brings lots of pucker, very sweet, but nice stone fruit flavors from start to finish. Lingering sourness, dries out a bit as well. Works well with gardening.

Orange colored body with a slight white head that diminish quite fast.
Smells like freshly ripped peach/nectarine/apricot with citric acid, lemony alike.
Tastes is sourness, not much sweetness, it really reminds me of biting in a nectarine that is a sour.
Light to medium body, I really like this one, one of my favorite from the 7 different I got.

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a deep yellow topped by a minuscule white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with no lacing
S: Smells of light sourness with a hint of sweetness
T: Taste is a lot of juicy and slightly fuzzy nectarines up front with some light sourness and some fruity sweetness. Swallow is more sourness and a lot more nectarines with a slight hint of funk.
M: This beer has a medium heft with a fairly smooth feel on the palate. Carbonation is a little low but adequate while the beer has a drying finish from the acidity.
O: This is really nice. The fruit and the sour complement each other well. The beer doesn't really have a lot of complexity but it is a very well executed fruited sour. Worth a try if you can find it.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that quickly dissipated to leave some light concave lace clinging to the sides.
The aroma had superior fresh nectarine sweet fleshiness rolling over the tart to sour components of some lemon, grass, and a bright clenching pulpiness rounding it all out in a superbly refined way.
The flavor speaks of Summer as those prior mentioned aromas seem to just roll right on into each other with the pizazz and the oomph I wanted in an American Wild ale. Superb aftertaste of those nectarines colliding with some of that lemon, grassiness and a blend of tart to sour.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a great sipping quality about it. Sour harshness is there, but not too distracting or puckering. It's a straight shot to pummel my tongue into submission without an overbearing puckering sort of quality. Carbonation felt fine. ABV did feel appropriate.
Overall, not sure, but I'm probably going to have to go back and look but this could be my all time favorite of this series. So damn good!

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a collar of large, bright white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some lacing on the surface.
S: Light aromas of sourness and tangerines are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the tangerine flavors are somewhat stronger in the finish and linger into the aftertaste.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer doesn't have as much of the fruity flavors compared to other beer in the series, but it is a pleasant sour to drink.
