This is described as a "Pale lager wet-hopped with locally grown Centennial and Cascade." Rather sharp on the tongue with some prickly carbonation. Not-quite clear amber brew with adequate foam in the Ommegang chalice. Just a whiff of grain and a faint citrus aroma.
This stuff is really dry with a crackery taste. Flavors tend to the resiny, with blueberry and a lemon peel finsh. Surprising lingering bitter aftertaste. An austere experience. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Alameda. Dated 09/09/21.
