Hazy, bright yellow color with pillowy, white head. Aroma is really brett forward with citrus fruits and floral yeast esters. Taste starts yeasty and fruity, with a bit of tartness. Body is medium, quite smooth and has a high effervescence. Overall it's a really nice beer, mostly yeast forward but you also get a nice citrusy fruitiness.

375ml bottle served cold in a wine glass.
Appearance: very Pale gold with a rocky head. Slight chill haze and some sediment
Nose: tropical fruit, some funk, lemony, fruity and some Malt
Taste: very fruity, very light funk, tropical, mildly tart, highly carbonated, apple, oranges, lemon and other fru its
Overall: I was very impressed with this beer from CS. I expected something more tart or sour but was pleasantly surprised that it is only mildly tart. Delicious.

This should be interesting. 375 ml bottle into a tulip glass.
A - A hazy yellow-orange with a bright white head. After about 2 minutes the head mostly disappears and leaves a thin film on top. Meh..
N - Plenty of funk, and a wheat-y tartness. Smells more like a saison to me, which is no issue for me. I get sweet citrus in there too.
T - Oooo, this is perfect. Just the right amount of tartness. I get a mild hoppiness on the finish, but otherwise it's 100% tart citrus. Very impressive.
M - This is everywhere right away. It's actually fairly low on the carbonation, but it works perfectly with the tartness. This is an extremely well-crafted brew.
O - Another winner from Crooked Stave. I enjoyed this immensely.

Poured a somewhat cloudy, straw yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled phenolic, yeasty and citrusy. Nice funky flavor with sharp citrus tanginess and toasted caramel sweetness.
