Copper colored with a fingernail of off white about the size of nickel. The aroma is of pale wheat and lactobacillius. I’m tasting lactobacillius and pale wheat. The mouth is dry and crisp, yet surprisingly low carbonated for the style.

3oz pour for $5+ at The Source with Lisa.
Heavy on the plastic phenols and a backing citrus in the nose. More citrus in flavor (paw paw and lemony tangerine). Interesting notes that are in the ballpark but not very good. May get better with a few years, but I wouldn’t recommend it now.
