An excellent spontaneous wild ale, that mesmerized us with it's smooth drinking and nuanced notes. Likely cellaring calmed the beast because it opened with some lively carbonation.

Had on tap. Murky dirty yellow pour with a white head. Barnyard and wild funk with rustic oak, accented by peach and citrus in a refined yet potent smell. Taste is a clone, funky and flavorful. Feel is funk driven, moderately dry yet has a playfully sour center, new world feeling but the funk takes me back to belgium. This is an excellent new world gueuze, well worth a try
