Bottle 197/1400
White head. Nice pop to the bottle. Burnt copper orange.
Sherry notes, more malty than other gueuze. Wet oak. Lots of funk and basement must. Lemon citrus. Complex and layered. Almost nutty.
Nice lively feel without beeing over carbonated.
This was a treat. Very impressed with this one.

No pop to the bottle. No head. Darker color.
Unfortunately we lost the coin flip on this bottle. Oxidized. Wet cardboard, malty, faro like, burnt caramel, sugary, red apples. It’s not undrinkable, it’s just not what it is supposed to taste like :( No rating.

What an unexpected surprise. Huge thank you to stakem for the rare treat.
Copper body with a white head. The aroma is incredible. A perfect scent. Well water, citrus, mineral funk. Absolutely delicious. One of the best gueuzes I've had. Wow.
