Draft at BitterCreek. Dark, ruddy brown pour, looks kind of flat and lifeless. Grains dominate the aroma, funky, musty, sourness from the rye. Taste also has that rye bread taste, grainy, musty. Body is slippery, more light sourness at the finish. Pretty on target for the German variety.
